We constantly import black powder revolvers all the time, both traditional and hunting muzzleloaders, come visit our store where we have on display a HUGE variety of black powder accessories. We cater for all black powder enthusiasts and also offer Black Powder Shooting Courses.
In 1998, we started the NSN Shooting Academy which is fully accredited with SASSETA, NRCS and SAPS. Learner materials are supplied by IFTA, we have 5 ranges and a lecture room that caters for 20 people at a time. We strive to make the Competency Process as painless as possible and learners go through on a one to one basis, ensuring that you receive the necessary training and get your firearm licence the first time.
As part of individual and joint commitment to practical sport shooting and the development of skills and competitiveness in the sport shooting arenas, the management of NSN Guns and Ammo and NSN Shooting Academy, led by Mr Johan van Heerden, Mrs Erna Riekert and Mr Cruy Cruywagen, on 05 October 2011 had a meeting regarding the need to form a viable and truly member-dedicated practical sport shooting club. Being within the practical sport shooting circles for the past 30 years, and having current and valid Dedicated Sport Shooting Status, which formed the basis of discussions, as well as taking into regard the number of interested individuals and friends in different sport shooting bodies, the three persons decided to formulate a founder's statement and officially found a practical sport shooting club. The detail of such founding was then discussed with the Northern Gauteng Practical Shooting Association (NGPSA) Chairman in order to affiliate NSN Shooting Club as a Practical Sport Shooting Club within the NGPSA. |
